TGM is a New York City-based investment advisory firm with a single focus: multifamily properties. On behalf of its investor clients, TGM acquires, manages and sells apartment properties throughout the United States.
With an ever expanding number of properties, TGM was looking to consolidate them all under one new branding image, to be carried over across all mediums, print and web, in a comprehensive solution that would unify the company’s assets under one new look. Logos for each property were developed, stationery systems, apartment brochures, sell sheets, inserts, HTML emails and more. All to have a single unified identity, instantly recognizable and identifiable with the TGM brand.
